These Terms of Use govern your use of the HockeyQuest app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

HockeyQuest is designed to support hockey-related dryland training, reaction drills, movement tracking, and skill development through app-based exercises and feedback.

You agree to use the app only in a lawful and reasonable way.

2. No Medical or Coaching Guarantee

HockeyQuest is a training and skill-development tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed athletic results. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical care, or supervision where needed.

3. User Content and Camera Use

The app may use camera input and other training-related inputs to detect movement, stance, reactions, and drill completion. You are responsible for using the app safely and for avoiding unlawful or harmful use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Payments and renewals are handled by Apple through In-App Purchases. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by:

• Attempting to break, disrupt, or reverse engineer the app
• Using the app for unlawful purposes
• Using the app in an unsafe environment that could cause injury or damage
• Uploading harmful, abusive, or malicious content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HockeyQuest and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
